Jordan Malone-Forst, Assistant General Manager at Jay Malone Motors in Hutchinson, MN, was named to the CBT News 40 Under 40 Class of 2026. The national award, presented by Force Marketing, recognizes emerging leaders at franchised dealerships across the U.S. who are 39 or younger.
Every fall, CBT News recognizes 40 rising leaders from franchised dealerships across the country. This year, one of them works at 1165 Highway 7 West in Hutchinson.
Jordan Malone-Forst, our Assistant General Manager, was named to the CBT News 40 Under 40 Class of 2026. It’s a national honor, and it says a lot about what a family-owned, single-rooftop dealership in a town of about 15,000 people can do when the whole team pulls in the same direction.
CBT News is an automotive industry news outlet. Its 40 Under 40 awards, now in their fourth year, recognize emerging dealership leaders in areas like sales, management, fixed operations, marketing, customer experience, innovation and community service. Honorees must be 39 or younger and work at a franchised dealership.
CBT News announced its 2026 honorees on October 9, 2026. Jordan’s name sits on that list alongside honorees from large dealer groups across the country. The awards are presented by Force Marketing.
Jordan came back to the family business in 2018 and today serves as Assistant General Manager, overseeing multiple departments and daily operations alongside a team of more than 30 people. She leads our marketing, our websites and our community relations for both of our franchises.
Over the past few years she brought our SEO and website content in-house and has led the shift toward running our marketing fully in-house. That means more of what you read on this site is written by people who actually work here and know the answers, from model guides to recall alerts written with our service team.
Outside the dealership, Jordan serves on the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce board, was 2025 president of the Hutchinson Ambassadors, and coaches junior olympic volleyball. The Hutchinson community named her 2025 Young Leader of the Year.
The 40 Under 40 honor caps off a meaningful year for our whole store. In the Best of Hutchinson 2026 contest hosted by The Hutchinson Station, local voters voted us best in six categories, including Best Customer Service and Best Employer. In September, the Malone family was the Feature Family in Hutch Living magazine.
None of those are manufacturer rankings. They come from the people we see at the ballpark, at church and at the grocery store, and that’s why they mean so much to us.
The Malone family has owned and operated Jay Malone Ford since 2005, on a Highway 7 West corner that has been home to a Hutchinson dealership since 1980. Our motto has always been “Your Dealer for Life,” and it shows up in how we work: treating customers like neighbors, because they are. Read more about our family’s story or visit our community involvement page to see where we show up around town.
A note from Jordan
Thank you to CBT News and Force Marketing for this recognition, and to everyone who took the time to nominate me. This one belongs to our whole team, to my dad Jay and brother Jake, and to the Hutchinson community that keeps showing up for us. I’m proud to do this work in my hometown.
