Jordan Malone Named Young Leader of the Year

Jordan Malone has been named Young Leader of the Year through the Hutchinson Community Awards, recognizing her leadership, community involvement, and dedication to Hutchinson.

Jordan is incredibly honored and thankful for the support and encouragement of the Hutchinson community.

Leadership & Professional Role

Jordan serves as Assistant General Manager at Jay Malone Motors, overseeing multiple departments and daily operations while supporting a team of more than 30 employees. Her leadership focuses on people, process, and long-term growth.

Community Involvement

Jordan is actively involved throughout the Hutchinson community, including:

  • Coaching JO volleyball and mentoring youth
  • Partnering with local schools to educate students on career opportunities and workforce development
  • Serving as Past President of the Chamber Ambassadors
  • Serving as a Board Member of the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce
  • Volunteering at local events and community initiative

Industry Involvement

Jordan is an active member of multiple automotive industry groups, collaborating on leadership development, workforce growth, and best practices that she brings back to the local community.

A Legacy of Leadership

Jordan is proud to continue a family legacy of community leadership. Her father, Jay Malone, was named Business Person of the Year in 2021.
