Jay Malone Ford Voted Best in Hutchinson in Six Categories for 2026

Every year The Hutchinson Station asks local residents to vote for the best businesses in town. In Best of Hutchinson 2026, our neighbors named Jay Malone Motors, home of Jay Malone Ford, the best in six categories.

Hutchinson voters have named us best in past years too, and 2026 adds two new ones: Best Customer Service and Best Employer. Here is what each award means when you shop, service or repair your vehicle with us.

Six awards, voted by our neighbors

These aren’t manufacturer awards or industry rankings. Every one was voted by people who live in and around Hutchinson.

What each award means for you

Best Place to Buy a Vehicle

No-pressure shopping and a family that stands behind every sale. Jay, Jake and I are here at the dealership, so if a question comes up after you drive home, you’re talking to the people whose name is on the building. Browse new Ford inventory or shop pre-owned.

Best Auto Mechanic

Our Ford-trained technicians, including Ford Senior Master Technicians, work on all makes and models, from oil changes to Power Stroke diesel work. A free shuttle and Ford Pickup & Delivery make it easier to fit service into a busy week. Schedule service online.

Best Place to Buy Tires

We carry all major tire brands for cars, trucks, SUVs and vans and back them with our Low Price Tire Guarantee: find a lower advertised price on the same tire and we will match it. We’ll help you pick the right tire for Minnesota winters and gravel roads. See tire service.

Best Auto Body Shop

Our collision team brings more than 60 years of combined experience, a lifetime paint guarantee and free loaner vehicles. We work with all insurance companies to make the repair as stress-free as possible. Visit the body shop.

Best Customer Service

New this year, and the one we’re proudest of. It covers every department: the sales floor, the service drive, the parts counter and the body shop. It comes from how people feel when they leave, and that’s something the whole team earns together.

Best Employer

Also new for 2026. Our team includes people who have spent decades here, like Joel, who has run our parts counter for 45 years at this location. People who like where they work take better care of the customers they see every day. Meet our family.

Thank you, Hutchinson

The Malone family has owned and operated Jay Malone Ford since 2005, on a Highway 7 West corner that has been home to a Hutchinson dealership since 1980. Our motto is “Your Dealer for Life,” and we mean it: we treat customers like neighbors, not numbers, because in Hutchinson that is who they are.
